Sunflower Miso Buttery Spread
Ingredients
1 cup raw sunflower seeds (soak them in 2 cups of water for min. 30 minutes
1/2 cup water
3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
2 tbsp miso paste
2 cups of the best quality oil you have (olive, hemp and pumpkin work well)
Directions
Combine all ingredients, except for the oil, in a food processor until smooth.
Slowly pour the oil through the top of the food processor while it is still running.
Once combined serve with chips, veggies or use as a pasta sauce or salad dressing.

It is good for digestion, restores beneficial bacterial in the intestines and stimulates the secretion of digestive fluids in the stomach.
