Module One: Foods That Make You Feel Good

Did you know that certain foods help create “feel-good” neurotransmitters that can help you physically
feel like you’re on vacation everyday!

We’ll introduce you to both the foods that can make you feel good, and we’ll learn about a number of
healthy foods that can help your body produce more dopamine, and serotonin, which are your body’s
healthy feel-good drugs, that are actually good for you!

Module Two: Foods That Make You Smart

As we age our brains can lose cognitive function. This process is accelerated with poor nutrition,
and with really poor nutrition diseases like Alzheimer’s disease, and Parkinson’s disease become
a real probability.

In Foods That Make You Smart you’ll learn how certain foods can improve the communication
between your brain cells and in the process, learn how to improve your cognitive abilities. You’ll learn
which foods can help you think faster, think more clearly, and think on the spot!

You’ll also learn about all the foods that the FDA has approved, that never should have been approved,
that can lead to neurodegenerative diseases!

Module Three: Cognitive Reflex Conditioning®

Module one taught you about the foods to eat to feel happy, and module two taught you about the foods
to eat to have greater cognitive function…to think more clearly. But what about all the beliefs you have
buzzing around in your brain?

Some beliefs are good, some might not be so good. You have patterns of thinking certain ways, feeling
certain ways, and you have patterns of beliefs, whether you realize it or not, that determine how happy
you allow yourself to become.In this, perhaps the most powerful module of the course, Derrick will walk
you through the four steps of Cognitive Reflex Conditioning®, which will provide the tools to help you begin to condition what you think, how you feel, what you belief is possible.
