Pumpkin Coconut Chocolate Chip Pancakes

Ingredients
1½ – 2 cups gluten-free pancake flour blend
1 mashed banana
1½ tbsp of pumpkin puree
½ tsp of pumpkin spice
dash vanilla extract
handful of shredded coconut
handful of chocolate chips
1 tbsp melted coconut oil
Enough coconut or almond milk to make the perfect batter consistency
Instructions
Mix all ingredients together thoroughly until batter is of even consistency.
Pour ladleful of batter into a pan set to medium heat.
Flip when pancake starts to bubble. Cook until golden.
