This Guacamole recipe is a simple crowd-pleaser and can easily become a staple in your kitchen.
Guacamole
Ingredients
2 Avocados
1 Lime
A Big Dash of Nutritional Yeast
1/4 Tsp Sea salt
1/2 Cup Organic Salsa
Cayenne Pepper (to taste)
Chili Powder (to taste)
Instructions
Cut the avocados and place the halves into a mixing bowl. Mash the avocados. Squeeze the fresh lime juice into the bowl and add the salsa. Mix all the dry ingredients in a separate bowl. Then blend both bowls of ingredients together. Enjoy!

Avocados are a nutrient-dense fruit! They are actually a large berry with one seed. One avocado contains approximately 1/3 of the daily requirement of vitamin K and folate. There is also lots of pantothenic acid, vitamin B6 and vitamin C. Avocados have twice the potassium of a banana and contain vitamin E, niacin, and riboflavin.
Avocados are an excellent source of healthy fat that can help cure Cancer.

Avocados have lower pesticide levels. Their thick skin protects it from absorbing pesticides.
