Taco Salad with Minced Walnuts
Ingredients
Base
Plate of tortilla chips
Guacamole
Salsa
Shredded greens
Shredded carrots
Handful of chopped cilantro
Minced Walnuts
1 cup of walnuts (unsalted, raw if poss.)
1/2 tbsp cumin
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/8 tsp sea salt
Instructions
On a plate of tortilla chips, pile the shredded greens, guacamole, salsa, and shredded carrots.
Roughly chop the walnuts, mixing in the cumin, chili powder and sea salt until well combined. Sprinkle on top of salad.
Finish salad with a sprinkle of chopped cilantro.
