Portobello Healthy Mountains
Ingredients
Portobello mushrooms
Hummus
Salsa
Green onion, chopped
Yellow peppers, chopped
Instructions
Wash and heat Portobello mushrooms for a few minutes in a frying pan on medium heat. If you wish, add garlic to the pan.
Pull the mushrooms from the heat and flip over so that the underside is facing up. Top with hummus, salsa and sprinkle with green onions, peppers and any other ingredients you’d like to add. we suggest melting vegan cheese on top! Yum!
