Vegan Nori Rolls

This Nori Rolls recipe is a simple crowd-pleaser and can easily become a staple in your kitchen.

Nori Rolls
Ingredients
1/2 cup tahini
1/2 cup shredded carrot
2.5 tsp of light tamari
2 tsp ginger powder
3 tsp of maple syrup
4 raw nori sheets
Instructions
Add all ingredients (except for nori sheets) into a bowl and mix until even. Lay nori sheets out in a single layer with shiny side down and lines in the nori sheet running vertical to you. Sprinkle water on them with your fingers and spread evening. Take tahini spread and create a thin row, about the width of a finger, along the bottom edge of the nor sheet, closest to you. Roll the nori sheet away from you, keeping it tight until you reach the other edge. Cut into one to two inch segments. Enjoy!

Tamari is soy sauce but does not contain wheat. Always buy organic to avoid genetically modified varieties (GMO’s).
